Business Development Manager
Responsibility：
A. Business Development Management

Responsible to set up and update the overall marketing plan.

Implement marketing plans, build up and maintain networks of marketing channels,
develop and promote new service products.

Assist with marketing activities, and promote company brand and social image.
|

Visit customers per business request, maintain good relationship with current customers
and potential customers, and develop potential business.

In charge of customer data analysis, and explore more suitable marketing development
strategies.

2. Business Support

Ensure the whole sales process follow Company’s policy, and follow up with pre-sale,
in-sale, post-sale issues. |

Help with the cross-functional communication in daily work.

Make sales analysis per requests from Management.

Requirements：

At least 3 years related work experience; prefer to have worked in the industry
of human resource or agency.

College degree or above, studying of marketing, human resource, business
administration, sociology, psychology is preferred.

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability is a plus.
|

Passion for marketing work, with clear career development goals.

Excellent communication and negotiation ability, good team work, organization
and coordination ability, willing to work under pressure.
